Taylance Tech is a founder-led software studio that started with a few friends building things together. We build web and mobile apps, SaaS products, AI automation, and SEO-focused experiences — with in-house UI/UX design for startups and growing businesses worldwide.
Who We Are
Friends who build software, now a studio
Taylance Tech started the way a lot of good things do — friends building projects together until it made sense to turn it into a company. Today that core team is Tayyab Aslam (full-stack lead developer — web, mobile, and AI), Hafiz Abeer on full-stack engineering and AI/automation, and Kashif Shakeel on UI/UX design.
Because the founders are still the ones doing the work, clients get direct access to the people designing screens, writing APIs, and tuning technical SEO — without account managers in the middle.
We combine full-stack development, product design, and search visibility in one engagement. The goal is simple: software that works, looks professional, and can be found on Google and AI search when it matters.
We're a growing studio, and we plan to bring on more people as the work expands. When we're hiring, openings will be listed on our careers page.

Hafiz Abeer

Full-stack developer who builds scalable applications across the stack — from database design and backend APIs to polished front-end experiences — and brings AI and automation into the mix, wiring up LLM workflows and integrations that save real time.
Kashif Shakeel
Co-Founder · UI/UX Designer
UI/UX designer who turns product goals into clear user flows, wireframes, and visual systems — so engineering ships interfaces that feel intentional, not afterthoughts.

Friends Who Started a Company
Tayyab Aslam, Hafiz Abeer, and Kashif Shakeel had been building software together for a while. Taylance Tech is what happened when friends decided to make it official.
