Cookie Policy

Last updated: June 12, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Taylance Tech uses cookies and similar technologies on https://taylancetech.com. We keep this page aligned with what is actually enabled on the website.

1. What Cookies Are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, to work more efficiently, and to provide information to the site owners. Similar technologies — such as local storage, pixels, and software development kits — can store or read information on your device in a comparable way. In this policy, “cookies” refers to cookies and these similar technologies together.

2. Why We Use Cookies

We use cookies to keep the site secure, remember your interface preferences (such as light or dark theme), understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it, and — where enabled and consented to — to support advertising. We do not use cookies to collect sensitive personal information, and we do not sell the data collected through cookies.

3. Categories of Cookies We Use

  • Strictly necessary: required for core behavior such as secure sessions, load balancing, and form/CSRF protection. These cannot be switched off in our systems.
  • Preference: remember interface choices like theme so the site behaves the way you left it.
  • Analytics & performance: help us understand which pages are visited and how the site performs, in aggregated and largely anonymized form.
  • Advertising: used only if and when ad products such as Google AdSense are enabled in production, to limit how often you see an ad and to measure ad effectiveness.

4. Specific Cookies & Durations

The table below lists the main cookies that may be set when you use the site. Exact names and lifespans can change as providers update their services; we review this list periodically.

5. Third-Party Services

We use Google Analytics (GA4) and Vercel Analytics on the public site. Google may set cookies and process data under Google's Privacy Policy. Vercel Analytics is described in Vercel's privacy documentation. If Google AdSense or other advertising is enabled, those providers may use cookies to serve and measure ads; we will reflect that here when it applies. We do not control cookies set by these third parties beyond choosing whether to include their services.

6. Managing & Disabling Cookies

You have full control over cookies. You can:

Where advertising is enabled, we present a consent banner on first visit so you can accept or decline non-essential cookies before they are set, in line with applicable consent requirements for EEA and UK visitors.

Most browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) let you manage cookies in their privacy or security settings. Please note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect how parts of the site function.

7. Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal. Because there is no industry-wide standard for how sites should respond to DNT, we do not currently alter our behavior in response to DNT signals. You can still control tracking using the options in the section above.

8. Updates to This Policy

We update this page whenever our cookie usage or third-party integrations change. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
