What Happens Next

After you reach out

No pressure funnel, no automated drip emails — here's exactly what to expect once you send a message.

Step 01

We read your message — a person, not a bot

Your inquiry goes straight to the engineers who would build your project. We reply within one business day, usually with a couple of clarifying questions.

Step 02

A short discovery call

A free 30–45 minute call to understand your goals, users, and constraints. No sales script — you talk directly with the people who would do the work.

Step 03

A written scope and honest quote

You get a written proposal with scope, milestones, timeline, and price. If we're not the right fit for part of it, we'll say so and point you in a better direction.

What to include in your message

You don't need a formal brief — but the more of this you can share, the faster we can give you a useful answer:

  • What you're building and who it's for — one or two sentences is enough
  • Where the project stands: idea, design, existing codebase, or live product
  • A rough timeline or deadline, if you have one
  • A budget range, if you're comfortable sharing — it helps us scope realistically
  • Links to anything relevant: an existing site, competitor, or inspiration

FAQ

Before you write

Reply timing, what to include, NDAs, and which inbox to use.

How fast do you reply to project inquiries?

We aim to respond within one business day to messages sent through the contact form or to contact@taylancetech.com. Complex briefs may get a short clarifying reply first so the next answer is useful, not generic.

What should I include so you can give a real estimate?

Share the problem you are solving, who will use the product, any hard deadlines, and whether you already have designs, a codebase, or a blank slate. Links to a current site or competitor help. You do not need a formal RFP.

Is the first conversation a sales pitch?

No. The first reply is a fit check: whether we are the right team, what a sensible first phase looks like, and what we would not take on. If we are not a match, we say so and point you elsewhere when we can.

Which email should I use?

Use contact@taylancetech.com for new projects and consultations. hello@taylancetech.com works for general introductions. support@taylancetech.com is for existing client support threads.

Do you sign NDAs before a detailed discussion?

Yes, when the brief needs it. Say so in your first message and we will route a mutual NDA before you share sensitive product or business details.
